Who we are
Anna lives in Naples, FL, where she and her husband relocated after raising three children. Her interest in mahjong was piqued when she discovered her great aunt's set, but she didn't learn to play until moving to Florida about five years ago. Fast forward to today and she's playing up to three times a week and teaching friends along the way! When she's not at the mahjong table, you'll find her on the golf course, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.
Emily lives in Chicago with her dog, Josie, and near her brother and sister (and SIL!). She has always been a lover of games, and once Anna taught her mahjong a few years ago, she was hooked! This past summer she started teaching and leading leagues at Lily Pad Mahjong Parlor, which has only deepened her love of the game and the community around it. You can find her in the Cubs bleachers, binging Bravo shows, or planning her next trip!
We wanted to create curated trips for others who love Mahjong but also want to explore the beautiful destinations we travel to, and so Mahj & Mosey was born.

Anyone who loves to play Mahjong! But also loves exploring new places, eating delicious foods, and meeting new people.

Any level! As long as you know how to play American Mahjong using the National Mahjong League (NMJL) rules, then we have a spot at a table for you.

We play American Mahjong (NMJL Rules). But if you get a group in multiples of 4 and you play a different version, we would love for you to come join us!

Anything you would typically travel with and your NMJL card. We will provide the rest of the Mahjong materials so you don’t need to worry about taking up precious suitcase space!
